Art is not something to bring you warm and fuzzy feelings or maybe it is. That is the beauty in art, it can be trash to one and lifesaving to the next.

My primary influences include but are not limited to Raymond Pettibon, Charles Bukowski, Jello Biafra, that chick I bought a painting from at TOSO Fest, Lou Reed, Alan Vega, Slowdive, Mr. Mojo Risin', Momofuku Ando, James Osterberg, Sonic Youth, the Beat Generation as a whole and Patti Smith.
